BroadPath Network Services Inc. is committed to providing high-quality IT and VoIP services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
All service fees for IT consulting, managed services, VoIP provisioning, and related support are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered or initiated.
For recurring services, customers may cancel at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Hardware purchases may be eligible for refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the equipment is unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If a service interruption occurs due to BroadPath Network Services Inc., we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion depending on the nature and duration of the interruption.
Custom configurations, installations, and consulting services are non-refundable once work has begun.
